The best way to get in touch with us is by email, and all emails will be replied to within 24 hours (during business hours). All communication between us will happen via email, except for any Plan of Attack calls, which will happen on Zoom.
Now that you’re officially part of the Miranda Nahmias & Co. family, I just want to reiterate that I rely a lot on my team to help me do an amazing job for you. As we work together, you may notice that my email correspondence is mostly handled by my Perfect Package Manager. Their job is to help us communicate back and forth with you, while I focus on the more important tasks related to your work. But, don’t worry, you’ll still hear from me quite often! You can easily tell who is answering the email if you simply check the name on the signature at the bottom of the email. If you have any questions related to this, please don’t hesitate to let me know!
As explained in your welcome email, it takes us about 30 days after you purchase to get everything set up and actually start posting daily on your account.
You will also receive monthly analytics reports, which we will send over via email.
This service is designed to be completely done-for-you, so we typically do not feel the need to do too much communication in relation to this service. (But just because you may not hear from us that frequently doesn’t mean we’re not hard at work!) We will be jumping into our proven strategy right away, and can pretty much take it from here! If you have any questions or things you want to discuss, feel free to reach out to us via email anytime!
As explained in your welcome email, it takes us about 4 weeks after you complete your intake form + next steps to get everything set up and all of your blog posts ready for publication.
We do our best to talk as knowledgeably as possible on your subject matter (we will do research so that we can talk about it well!), but the best posts will always be the ones that come from content provided from or directed by you, whether that’s a rough outline, a voice memo, a video/podcast recording, etc. This type of content/direction from you is optional, but preferred when possible!
While we aim to create the highest-quality content regardless of how involved you are in the process, we cannot create “tutorial” type posts that walk through technical aspects of DIYing something (i.e. How to Set Up a Facebook Ad Campaign). Those types of detailed, step-by-step posts are best created by someone who has deep expertise and experience in your industry (i.e. you!).
Referrals are our favorite way to gain new clients! Any time that you generously make a referral, please let us know. If the client does follow through and book us, we will send you 10% of their first three payments as a thank you!
We adhere to a strict confidentiality code, and no information will be divulged outside of the team. All of the team members have signed a rigorous Non-Disclosure Agreement to make sure that your information is safe. See more information about this in your contract.
