Getting in Touch

The best way to get in touch with us is by email, and all emails will be replied to within 24 hours (during business hours). All communication between us will happen via email, except for any Plan of Attack calls, which will happen on Zoom.

Our business hours are 10am-4pm EST, Monday–Friday.

Now that you’re officially part of the Miranda Nahmias & Co. family, I just want to reiterate that I rely a lot on my team to help me do an amazing job for you. As we work together, you may notice that my email correspondence is mostly handled by my Perfect Package Manager. Their job is to help us communicate back and forth with you, while I focus on the more important tasks related to your work. But, don’t worry, you’ll still hear from me quite often! You can easily tell who is answering the email if you simply check the name on the signature at the bottom of the email. If you have any questions related to this, please don’t hesitate to let me know!

As a package client, you have the option to book one “Plan of Attack” call per quarter. These calls are 30 minutes in length and take place on Zoom. Please book these calls at your own discretion. In most situations, we recommend waiting for at least 30 days before booking your first call, so that we have a good foundation before discussing future strategy. We are available to answer your questions or discuss things via email anytime!

How the Pinterest Package Works

As explained in your welcome email, it takes us about 30 days after you purchase to get everything set up and actually start posting daily on your account. 

You will also receive monthly analytics reports, which we will send over via email.

This service is designed to be completely done-for-you, so we typically do not feel the need to do too much communication in relation to this service. (But just because you may not hear from us that frequently doesn’t mean we’re not hard at work!) We will be jumping into our proven strategy right away, and can pretty much take it from here! If you have any questions or things you want to discuss, feel free to reach out to us via email anytime!

How the Blog Post Package Works

As explained in your welcome email, it takes us about 4 weeks after you complete your intake form + next steps to get everything set up and all of your blog posts ready for publication.

Each of our clients has a “posting period” that we adhere to each month, that is based on your date of purchase and the date that we receive your completed “Next Steps.” For example, if we receive your completed next steps on November 15th, your posting cycle might be December 15th – January 14th, during which time we would post 1x per week or 1x every other week, depending on which version of the package you purchased.
Unless otherwise discussed, we schedule blog posts to go live either on Mondays or Wednesdays. (It will be the same day of the week every time — either always on Mondays or always on Wednesdays.) You will receive your monthly analytics report within 1 week after the end of your posting cycle.
If you have something specific that you want to promote or include in a blog post, please let us know that we can work it into our schedule in advance. We’ll need at least 45 days notice so that we can work it into your next upcoming posting cycle.
You will receive all content in advance for approval. Once we’ve prepared everything, we will send it over for you to review and make any edits (if necessary). For anything we need approval on, if we do not hear back from you with feedback within 48 business hours, we will assume it has been approved and will continue on with our process. There are no exceptions on this, as we need to stick to our strict deadlines. Once a post has been scheduled, no changes will be made.

We do our best to talk as knowledgeably as possible on your subject matter (we will do research so that we can talk about it well!), but the best posts will always be the ones that come from content provided from or directed by you, whether that’s a rough outline, a voice memo, a video/podcast recording, etc. This type of content/direction from you is optional, but preferred when possible!

While we aim to create the highest-quality content regardless of how involved you are in the process, we cannot create “tutorial” type posts that walk through technical aspects of DIYing something (i.e. How to Set Up a Facebook Ad Campaign). Those types of detailed, step-by-step posts are best created by someone who has deep expertise and experience in your industry (i.e. you!).


The team takes off U.S. bank holidays, such as Christmas, Easter, Thanksgiving, New Years, Fourth of July, Labor Day, and Memorial Day, etc. We take 2 weeks off for the holidays in December every year.
You will be notified at least 4 weeks in advance if other holiday or vacation plans are in the works.
Holidays and vacations do not typically affect our clients, as much of your work is created and scheduled in advance. The only thing that this will affect is our email response time.


Referrals are our favorite way to gain new clients! Any time that you generously make a referral, please let us know. If the client does follow through and book us, we will send you 10% of their first three payments as a thank you!


We adhere to a strict confidentiality code, and no information will be divulged outside of the team. All of the team members have signed a rigorous Non-Disclosure Agreement to make sure that your information is safe. See more information about this in your contract.


Typically, the work that we do for my clients requires us to have access to the log-in information for multiple applications and accounts. We ask for those passwords needed in your intake form. Because we work as a team, Miranda needs to be given the actual username and login information, not collaborator access. We also cannot use LastPass logins unless the password is “viewable.”
This also means that you cannot have two-factor authentication enabled on any of the accounts we will be working on (an example of such programs that use this include Gmail and MailChimp). Simply disable that feature during the time that we will be working together.
