I launched my own service-based business back in 2015 because I was struggling with chronic health issues and knew that the traditional 9–5 career life wasn’t for me.
I hired my first team member at 24 years old after just a few months in business, and I’ve never looked back. Now, I’ve become a systems and delegation expert who loves to help other online business owners outsource, too.
WHO IS MIRANDA nAHMIAS?
I’m 29 years old and live in Rhode Island, U.S.A. (which, unlike you might have been told, is not a part of New York).
I graduated in 2012 with a Bachelor’s Degree in English from the University of Rhode Island, which is where I met Brent — my partner-in-crime husband who I’m head-over-heels in love with! (You’ll see his name pop up quite a bit around here, as he works full-time for Miranda Nahmias & Co., too!)
Together, we have two cats — Sam and Ellie — plus a golden retriever named Hana.
Although I have no corporate experience, I did work for 6 years as an editorial assistant, which is where I discovered my passion for writing and business organization.
Running my business is one of the best, most fulfilling experiences I’ve ever had.
